Yes. All team and business accounts receive support from our highly-experienced engineering and tech product team. Yes. Both team and business plans unlock the hosting of private components for your organization. However, there are other differences such as support response-time assurance, Uptime SLA and resources dedicated to running your components through CI.
How is component CI different between plans?
Every component exported to runs through an isolated and dedicated CI process in the cloud, to help ensure the component is standalone useful. While we aim to give the best experience to the entire community, upgrading your organization to team plan will give your components priority in the CI pipeline, and upgrading your organization to business plan will ensure resources dedicated to running your components through CI.
Do I need an organization account to upgrade my plan?
Yes. Both team and business plans require an organization account to upgrade. If you already have an account, you can upgrade your plan by selecting your plan and organization via the top of this page, or by visiting your organization’s settings.
